There are two ways to file an accident report with Najm:

Method 1: By calling Najm at 920000560.

Method 2: Through Najm’s website.

Method 1:

  1. Call Najm at 920000560.
  2. Inform the representative of the details of the accident, including:
  • Date and time of the accident.
  • Location of the accident.
  • Names and phone numbers of the parties involved in the accident.
  • Description of the accident.
  1. The representative will ask for your personal information, including:
  • Your full name.
  • Your driver's license number.
  • Your car registration number.
  • Your insurance policy number.
  1. After providing the information, the representative will record the accident report.

Method 2:

  1. Go to the Najm website.
  2. Click on the "Report an Accident" icon.
  3. Enter your personal information, including:
  • Your full name.
  • Your driver's license number.
  • Your car registration number.
  • Your insurance policy number.
